JAAN’s membership category and eligibility are:

1. General Member: All Nepalese ex-participants of JICA program in Japan.
2. Life Member: All persons who are eligible for General Member.
3. Honorary Member: Respectable and learned persons in the field related to Nepal and Japan, H. E. Ambassador of Japan to Nepal, Chief Representative of JICA Nepal Office.
4. Dignified Member: A dignitary contribution, substantially in cash or kind. *Till this date JAAN has 1067 General Members enrolled. Out of them 546 are Life Members as of March 2016.
